Meeting between JCC Executive Directors with Minister of Finance, Mr. Arkhom

On Jun 22nd, JCC President, Mr. Noriaki Yamashita (Toyota Motor Co., Ltd.) with JCC Executive Directors met with Mr. Arkhom, Minister of Finance to introduce 3 new JCC Executive Directors and discussed with him about issues in the last meeting.


Based on Meeting with Thai governments, JCC always requests them to improve various problems faced by Japanese companies in Thailand especially Taxation and Tariffs. We would like to thank Mr. Arkhom, Minister of Finance for giving opportunity to us to discuss and consult directly with persons in charge from The Customs Department and the Revenue Department to resolve these issues. 

In this meeting, we discussed with Mr. Arkhom, Minister of Finance about issues in last meeting and we mutually agreed for continued communication between Thai government and JCC in the future.
