The Automobile Division held general meeting in the 2nd half year of FY2023

On March 4th, the Automobile Division (Chair : Mr. YAMASHITA Noriaki, Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd.) held general meeting including reports on market trends, production and export of automobiles and motorcycles.


The reports showed the sales market of four-wheel vehicle in 2023 would be 780,000 units that was dropped 8% from the previous year due to the effects of inflation and tightened financing.


The impact of inflation and tightened financing was expected to continue to 2024 with four-wheel sales market would be dropped from 2023 to 700,000-750,000 units.
