1st half year of Automobile Division General Meeting in 2024

On September 6th, the Automobile Division (Chair : Mr. YAMASHITA Noriaki, Toyota Motor (Thailand) Co, Ltd.) held the first half year meeting consisted of reports on market trends for automobiles and motorcycles as well as on the activities of the Technology and Production Subcommittee, the Parts Subcommittee, etc. The latest forecast for the automobile sales market in the first half year of 2024 was 600,000 to 650,000 units but demand continued to decrease due to stricter automobile loan screening and this situation would remain severe in the second half year.
