The SME Support Committee holds a Study Session on Labor Issues in Ayutthaya

On February 14th, the SME Committee (Chair : Mr. TOTSUKA Masaki, Thai Yazaki Corporation, Ltd.) held 6th study session on labor issues for Japanese SME and dinner party at Ayutthaya. In the study session, we invited Mr. ANZAI Akitaka, the representative of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (Thailand) Co., Ltd. , as the lecturer in the topic “How to deal with labor problems that cannot using only law” and discussed various issues such as labor laws, responses to authorities, and responses in consideration of employee motivation while assuming various situations.


This session took the form of a roundtable discussion with SME business owners (committee members). After the study session, there was a dinner party for all participants to exchange their business among them.
