Request for “Membership Certificate”

JCC members who would like to request a "Membership Certificate" can apply from the website; see the instructions below.

1. Go to the "Contact Us" page, select "Others," and fill out the form with "request for a member certificate."

2. You can request for English version, Thai version, or both, please fill the version you need in “Inquiry Details”.

3. If you need the Thai version, kindly provide this information below in the fill box.

- Name of representative in Thai Language

- Your company name in Thai Language

- Your company address in Thai Language

4. After we complete issuing the “Member Certificate”, we will inform you by email again.
